General Shipment information:

Okajewelry ship worldwide with DHL,UPS or FedEx Express, Registered Air Mail and Air Mail are optional. Okajewelry bear the risk of transport. Okajewelry will not be responsible for any case of failure delivery that are due to the lack of cooperation of the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations).

When do we deliver:

Okajewelry guarantee to ship the parcel within 24h once the order is placed and succefully paid. Upon dispatch, your order will be arrived in one week to 15 working days, depending on the shipping method and the destination.

Free shipping:

OKAJewelry offer free Air Mail shipping service for orders with 3 items or more or some special costume jewelry.

Shipment to Brazil:

A CPF (Cadastro de Pessoa Física) number is needed to process the delivery for all the orders to Brazil to ensure a succesful delivery. According to our shipping experience, the parcel we shipped to Brezail that is without CPF number were returned back or lost.

Taxs and duties:

Pleased note that taxes and duties may be imposed by the customs of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipiant’s responsibility and okajewelry will not be responsible for any additional fees charged by the customs. Please contact your local customs office for futher information.

Shipment tracking:

If your order is shipped using standard or free shipping, your item cannot be traced once it has been dispatched. Packages sent using registered or express shipping can be traced using the tracking/consignment numbers you were provided with in the product dispatch e-mail. When the order is being shipped, client will receive an notification E-mail from okajewelry specifying the tracking number (available with certain shipping carrier). Important information:

If you are purchasing gifts that you would like to have shipped to multiple addresses, please complete the orders seperately for each item that is aimed to be shipped to different destination. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
If you choose to refuse any shipments from okajewelry, you are responsible for both original and return shipment charges. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
All orders require a signature upon receipt except shipping by Air Mail.
